For the Flow was founded by Natalia as a result of her passion, dedication, and motivation to serve the Northeast Ohio community. As a high school student at Laurel School, she developed the vision for For the Flow and brought it to life based on her commitment to menstrual equity.

Erin serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees of For the Flow. She earned her JD/MBA over 20 years ago from CWRU and has devoted her time since then in various capacities to the legal, business, and nonprofit sectors of Northeast Ohio.

Youth leadership is a vital part of the For the Flow team. Advocating for pro-menstrual equity legislation. service work, and coming up with creative ideas to further connect with our community and fulfill.l our mission.

Joe catalyzed the growth of For the Flow being the entrepreneurship coordinator and Upper School History teacher at Laurel School. He earned his J.D. from Cleveland State University and continues to practice law at Corsaro & Associates.
